Delhi Development Authority's Prefabricated Technology Built Flats in Dwarka Rohini Maidangarhi
DDA was to offer more than 40,000 flats in 2016 constructed by using pre-fabricated technology to avoid construction delays. The no. of residential units is almost 63000. Delhi Metro uses same technology for making stations and viaducts. Flats will come up in Dwarka, Rohini, Maidangarhi.----------------
